Potamos beach is located east of the town of Malia behind the archaeological site of Malia palace. It is a quiet yet organized beach offering an alternative to the crowded and bustling beaches of Malia.
Iguana beach is located in Chania in the bay that is formed east of the cape of the Holy Apostles, about 5 km from the city of Chania.
A little further from the town of Tympaki, as we go south, is the village and the beach of Kokkinos Pirgos. The name of the area came from the tower that existed there and was built with red soil.
