Kamisiana Beach is the eastern continuation of the vast Kolymbari coastline, offering a quiet and open environment for swimming.
Geographically, it is located on the northern coast of the Chania Prefecture, situated between Rapaniana beach and Tavronitis beach.
The landscape is characterized by its very long sandy and pebbly shore and the clear, deep waters of the Cretan Sea. Due to its size, the beach maintains a serene atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for those seeking peace away from the more crowded tourist spots of the bay.
Access is very simple via the road network connecting Kissamos and Chania, while the Northern Road Axis of Crete passes a short distance south of the shore. In terms of organization, the beach features facilities with umbrellas and sunbeds in certain sections; however, the largest part remains free, offering plenty of space for visitors.
