Kouroukoulos Beach is a peaceful coastal destination on the northern shores of the Lasithi prefecture, in the wider Vlichadia area.
Geographically, it is located west of the Vlichadia settlement, on a section of the coastline characterized by its natural formation and contact with the Cretan Sea.
The landscape is defined by a sandy shore surrounded by a pristine natural terrain, offering an alternative swimming destination away from busy tourist hubs. To the east, the coastline continues toward the main Vlichadia Beach, which serves as the primary coastal front of the area.
Due to its location, the beach maintains a tranquil character. Although it is situated close to the residential core of Vlichadia, where traditional dining venues like fish taverns operate, Kouroukoulos Beach itself offers a more secluded experience for its visitors, highlighting the natural beauty of Lasithi's northern coastline.
