Petraki Beach is the main western extension of the Lentas coastal front, located between the central settlement and Hamam Beach.
It is one of the most popular choices for visitors to the area, as it combines the beautiful Libyan Sea coastline with very easy access. The beach is characterized by fine sand and pebbles, while its waters are deep and crystal clear.
Access to Petraki is extremely simple, as the beach is just a stone's throw away from the main village of Lentas. Visitors can reach it very quickly on foot or by car, following the coastal road that connects the different parts of the settlement. Due to its location, it is the ideal solution for families and travelers who want to enjoy their swim without having to travel to more remote or inaccessible areas of the Asterousia Mountains.
In terms of organization, Petraki Beach is partially organized. In the broader area surrounding the beach, there are several rental rooms, traditional tavernas, and cafes that meet all the needs of bathers. While it is not a typical "tourist" organized beach with rows of umbrellas, the presence of tamarisk trees provides valuable natural shade at many points along the shore. The atmosphere remains calm and authentic, preserving the special character that makes Lentas such a beloved destination.
