Stena Beach is a small and unique cove located at the western edge of the Kaloi Limenes settlement in southern Crete.

It is one of the most protected shores in the area, surrounded by high rocks that form a narrow passage, offering calm waters even during strong winds.

Geographically, Stena Beach is situated west of Psili Ammos and the main Kaloi Limenes village, in immediate proximity to the Agios Markos cape. Directly offshore and slightly to the south lies Megalonisi, adding a rugged beauty to the scenery.

Access to the beach is easy, as it is connected to the Kaloi Limenes settlement via a coastal path or road. Furthermore, Stena Beach serves as a key starting point for hiking enthusiasts, as the trail leading west toward the world-famous Agiofarago Gorge and its beach begins in this area.

Regarding organization, the beach is partially organized. Due to its proximity to the village, visitors have access to basic amenities, while the natural shade provided by the surrounding cliffs makes it ideal for those seeking coolness and tranquility. It is an excellent spot for snorkeling, as the rocky seabed formations host rich marine life.
