St. Minas and Pantanassa

Next to the cathedral of Saint Minas, there is the small church of Saint Minas that built in the 17th century and after the Turkish conquest housed the Metropolis of Crete, which until then, was not housed somewhere else.

Psari Forada

Psari Forada is located about 90 kilometers south of Heraklion on the south coast of the island. It was created by inhabitants of the village of Kalami so that they can control some crops and fishing during the summer as it is located by the sea.
