Agia Irini Beach is one of the quietest and most secluded treasures of southeastern Crete, located to the west of Xerokampos, Lasithi. Unlike the more popular coastal spots, tranquility is the ultimate protagonist here.

It is a small, picturesque cove surrounded by a rugged, arid landscape, offering a sense of absolute freedom. Its waters are crystal-clear, deep, and pristine, dominated by the rich dark blue of the Libyan Sea. The shore features a mix of fine pebbles and sand, while the rocky seabed makes it an ideal destination for snorkeling enthusiasts.

The beach takes its name from the small chapel of Agia Irini located near the shore. It is completely unorganized, with no umbrellas or other facilities, fully preserving its untouched character. Access is straightforward via the road connecting Xerokampos to Goudouras, which also provides breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding coastline.
