Chrysostomos Beach is the focal point of the namesake coastal settlement in southern Crete, located between Kaloi Limenes and Lentas.

Geographically, it is situated east of Segrezo beach and west of Maha beach, offering an ideal stopping point for those exploring the Asterousia coastline.

It is a beautiful beach with crystal-clear, deep waters and a shoreline consisting mainly of pebbles and sand. The area holds significant historical importance, as it was named after the Church of Agios Ioannis Chrysostomos, built upon the ruins of the ancient city of Lasea, which served as an important port during Roman times.

Access to Chrysostomos is very easy via the regional road (Plora - Agiou Kirillou), which passes through the settlement and leads directly to the beach. Due to the good road connection, the beach is accessible by all types of vehicles.

Regarding organization, Chrysostomos is partially organized. Within the settlement, there are several accommodations and traditional tavernas serving visitors, providing all basic amenities for a pleasant stay or a quick stop for food and a swim. The atmosphere remains calm and family-friendly, making the beach an excellent choice for those seeking Cretan hospitality in a stunning natural setting.
