Kritsa Gorge is one of the most spectacular and unique natural landmarks of Eastern Crete.

The defining feature that sets this gorge apart is its extremely narrow passages. In certain spots, the width of the gorge narrows to just 1.5 meters, while the vertical cliffs tower dozens of meters high on both sides, creating a sense of awe for the visitor. The total length of the trail is approximately 4-5 kilometers, and it is typically hiked as a circular route, making it very convenient for travelers.
