Theseus Beach is a coastal destination located on the northern shores of the Heraklion prefecture, in the wider Agia Pelagia area.

Geographically, it is situated in a small cove, west of Panagia beach.

Access to Theseus beach is via a local road network that winds down toward the shore. In the area directly above the beach, there are infrastructures for visitor accommodation, including tourist rentals and organized settlements.
